It is evidently clear that organizations are now strategically managing their resources efficiently to compete effectively in the market and achieve high productivity. In achieving this, most organizations are now efficiently managing their human resources in an efficient manner that ensures high productivity, efficient performance and organizational productivity. This study was therefore guided by two variables; the independent variable which was Electronic Human Resource Management and the dependent variable which was organizational effectiveness.
