This study examines the implications of Industry 4.0 on Human Resource Management (HRM) through a comprehensive literature review. Initially, talks around Industry 4.0 focused exclusively on its technological features. However, there has been a noticeable change in recent years toward acknowledging the importance of HRM in the context of Industry 4.0. People's and the service sector's roles in achieving the benefits of digitization are now being emphasized in the literature.
