The Role Of The Principal In Shaping The School Climate
The purpose of this quantitative study was to investigate the relationship between the role of the school principal and the school climate. The population of this study consists of five schools located in various parts of the Greek territory. Quantitative data were obtained using two questionnaires, the Leadership Questionnaire and the School Climate Assessment Tool and were evaluated to see if (a) there are relationships between leadership leaders; (b) there are linear correlations between effective leadership factors and the climate of the school; and (c) whether the individual position of the school, the role of employment and past service affect the school climate.
