This study explored conflict resolution strategies` in the context of learners` outcome in Public-Secondary Schools in Machakos County, Kenya. Human needs theory, theory of change and Thomas-Kilmann conflict model anchored the study. Descriptive-correlational survey was adopted. The targeted population was 159 secondary-school teachers who were chosen census. Interview-guides and questionnaires were data collection means.
