The aim of this research was to find out the influence of inclusion on the academic achievement of learners with special needs in public primary schools in Kitui and Nakuru Counties Kenya. The study used mixed methods design specifically the explanatory sequential design. The research was done in Kitui and nakuru Counties. The study had sample size of 35 head teachers, 205 teachers and 249 learners. To select the teachers, stratified random sampling was used while purposive sampling was used to select the learners.
