Intricacies In Business Training Implementations: Critical Components For Competence Transfer
Effectiveness of business straining implementations have been invariably affected by either internal or external factors to the training. Business trainees in Marsabit Central and Marsabit South Sub-Counties in Marsabit County displayed low percentages of business start-up survivals (32.2%), inadequate business skills and lacked financial resources. Surviving start-ups showed quite slow business growth rates and the owners experiencing low quality of lives. Using a descriptive survey design a study was conducted to establish influence of business training implementation factors on business competencies of trainees in Marsabit Central and South Sub-Counties of Marsabit County, Kenya
