There is a continuous change in the working environment as well as the demography of employees which poses challenges in terms of role compatibility. The objective of this study was to investigate the nature of work-family life conflict, causes, the influence of gender on work-family life conflict, and the effect of work and family life conflict on employees. The study adopted a social survey design where data was collected from 121 randomly and purposively selected respondents. Questionnaire was the main instrument used for the data collection.
