Emotional Labor (EL) is an important area among researchers during the past few decades. Teachers play a very important role in attaining the objectives of any educational institution. The main aim of the research is to examine whether work motivation is an antecedent of emotional labour process. Primary data collected through questionnaires is analyzed using Structural equation modeling. The result indicated that work motivation is an antecedent of emotional labour process.
