This study examined the relationship between job satisfaction, commitment and loyalty in Abia state civil service. More so, the study investigated the impact of job satisfaction and commitment on loyalty in Abia state civil service, Nigeria. In order to achieve these objectives, the study relied on a primary data generated from 35 out of the 65 MDAs in Abia state civil service.
