This study was focused on developing an artificial career adviser based on unique attributes such as personal desires and brain capacities. Furthermore how technology such as Neural Networks and Decision Making Systems can be applied in achieving this task. The process flow used in this design clearly shows how the personality, desires and brain capacities are interrelated and evaluated in order to determine the career result.
