The study sought to explore the role of corporate culture in regulating employee behaviour in the banking sector in Masvingo urban. Despite the numerous functional effects of culture, it can be a liability, especially if it enforces conformity while inhibiting innovation to banking institutions operating in dynamic environments characteristic of the twenty first century. The study adopted both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
