Inter-institutional employee conflict is defined as the conflict between the different individuals in the school. These conflicts affect the accomplishment of the institutional goals due to attending stress, hostilities and other undesirable factors between the employees. Some of these primary and secondary schools in Wareng sub-county share facilities and resources which have led to conflicts. The persistence of this situation within the education sector creates operational problems for the schools including sharing of fields and the sharing of facilities, thus, from this sought to investigate school related factors causing inter-institutional employee conflicts.
