This paper attempts to explore the factors that fuel glass ceiling and gender discrimination amongst employees in the hospitality industry in Masvingo urban. The city has nine hospitality institutions (comprising of three hotels and six lodges) from which two hotels and one lodge were chosen for the study. The study intends to investigate the factors fuelling glass ceiling and gender discrimination in the industry.
