This study explores the differential effects of leadership, culture and top managements' tenure on two types of innovations; administrative and technological. A data set of 324 respondents from nonprofit organizations has been used. The positive and negative impacts of independent variables upon two dependent variables have been analyzed through regression analysis and correlation matrix.
The results show that the factors that are favorable to technological innovations are the same as factors conducive to administrative innovations. Based on these results, implications for the management of nonprofits and future research suggestions have been recommended. Download
