Immorality in most institutions of higher learning has reached scaring levels. A responsible society need not ignore this social menace especially given that it has the possibility of being handed down the proceeding generations. It is the responsibility of every government to make sure that proper mechanisms are put in place to make sure that every citizen who seeks to acquire education at any level is not subjected to conditions that lower their human dignity. This justifies why most governments allocates a lot of resources in their budgets towards financing education besides formulating policies that criminalize sexual exploits in educational institutions.
