The study investigated students' perception of online learning for classroom instruction in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria. It also identified the challenges of online learning in the university. The study adopted descriptive survey research design. The population of the study consisted all the 32,480 undergraduates in the university. Sample of 380 students were selected using multistage sampling procedure. Students' Perception of Online Learning Questionnaire (SPOLQ) was used for data gathering. It was a 4-point likert scale of strongly agree, agree, disagree and strongly disagree.
