Provision, adequacy, utilization and management of educational facilities largely determine the quality and standard of education offered in a school. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Quality Assurance and Standards Officers’ (QASO) supervision has impinged on management of educational facilities in secondary schools in accordance to Ministry of Education Science and Technology (MOEST) guidelines.
