Principal's Leadership Style And Job Satisfaction Among Primary School Teachers In Malaysia
The article examines the effects of principal’s leadership style (transformational or transactional) on teacher satisfaction from their job. More specifically, it attempts to find out how much of the variation in teachers’ job satisfaction can be attributed to their perceptions about their principal’s leadership style. A quantitative questionnaire using 4 point Likert-type scales was administered to 25 teachers in a primary school in Rawang District, SK Bandar Tasik Puteri, and their principal.
