Background: The single factor associated with TB treatment success and the chance of developing MDR-TB remained adherence to treatment. Methods: This study investigated the knowledge and treatment adherence determinants among tuberculosis patients. The study adopted a cross-sectional study design, and an interviewer-administered questionnaire was used for this study. A total of two hundred and fourteen respondents were engaged, with a non-response of 10%. Data analysis was done using SPSS version 26 and Stata/MP version 14. A p-value < 0.05 was adopted for statistical significance.
