As Apple Inc. considers diversifying its manufacturing operations beyond China, a strategic evaluation is essential to ensure the viability and resilience of potential new locations. This study utilizes a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach, combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), to systematically assess alternative sites.
