The study sought to examine effect of knowledge sharing on performance of supply chain management in Busia County Government. This study was anchored on strategic network theory and supported by network, innovation hub, system and resource based theories that gave perspectives of the study. The study used correlation research design. The 350 respondents were the study's target population of which78 was selected using stratified sampling 35 respondents were used for pilot testing. The study used questionnaires to gather data and quantitative technique was used to analyze the data collected. The validity and reliability of the study was achieved by conducting pilot test on content validity.
