The study examined the correlation between organisational culture and employee job satisfaction in the Ghanaian context using Telecommunication sector as a case. Purposive sampling technique was employed to select 80 respondents for the study. Quantitative research design was used, and with the aid of SPSS regression was run to determine the relationship between organisational culture and employee Job satisfaction.
The result indicated that there is a very strong positive relationship between organisational culture and employee Job satisfaction. Again from the literature it became clear that the magnitude of the relationship depends on the particular sector.
