Available literature show that secondary school students can benefit significantly from possession of adequate test-taking skills. Litrrature also suggested that teachers should deliberately teach students these skills in order to help them maximize thier performance in school subjects. The problem of this study is to develop and validate a scale that can be used to measure the extent to which the teachers themselves possess these skills. Three research questios and one hypothesis were postulated for the sudy while Coefficient Alpha, varimax rotated matrix, eigen values and percentages were employed to analyze data. The results showed that the instrument has good psychometric properties.
