The study investigated the use of learner-centred teaching/learning strategies in biology subject in secondary schools. Specifically, the study investigated the extent to which learner-centred teaching and learning strategies are used, identified if the curricular materials were prepared in a way to facilitate learner-centered t/l strategies and investigated the challenges facing the use of learner-centred t/l strategies in biology subject in secondary schools.
