This work is on the effect of leadership qualities on organisational performance. An essential part of management is co-ordinating activities of an individual, groups and departments into a unified goal. Leadership organises the disorganised resources of organisation into a useful and productive factors. The objectives of the study were, to determine the leadership qualities for organisational performance; to ascertain ways of acquiring leadership skills and to identify the effects of quality leadership on organisational performance.
