Early Childhood Teacher’s Perceptions About Teaching And Learning Of Mathematics In Birim Central Municipality, Ghana
The study investigated early childhood teachers’ perceptions about teaching and learning of mathematics. The population consisted of early childhood teachers in Birim Central municipality of the Eastern Region of Ghana. The study sample consisted of 50 randomly selected early childhood teachers. Questionnaire was administered to collect data. The questionnaire contained the demographic data and 15 items on early childhood perceptions about teaching and learning of mathematics. The collected data were analyzed using frequencies, simple percentages, and means.
