This research study is aimed at a critical analysis of the impact of African traditional Philosophy of Education on modern education. Before the introduction of formal education in Africa by the Europeans, Africans had their own system of education which had a very strong rationale behind it. Although the systems varied from one locality to another, the aims and objectives were similar. The impact of African Traditional Philosophy of Education on modern Education clearly comes out through the study of the two worlds of Philosophy.
