This research aims to examine various aspects of feedback provided to students on their formative assessments, and the satisfaction from this feedback, as expressed by a large sample of graduate management students at a Ugandan university. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were undertaken of the data collected from a questionnaire administered in the last class of the semester. This research contributes towards the ongoing discussion regarding the better understanding of the complex relationships between feedback and student learning in higher level education management.
