The main purpose of this study was to investigate effects of teacher remuneration on the quality of early childhood education in Kajiado north sub-county. The study was guided by the following research objectives: To find out how teacher remuneration affects the quality of early childhood education in Kajiado North Sub-county, To establish the influence of early childhood education background on the quality of early childhood education in Kajiado North Sub-county, and to examine the extent to which teacher attitude affects the quality of early childhood education in Kajiado North Sub-county. This study employed a mixed method research design.
