The study sought to investigate the effect of bureaucracy on the administration of the University of Education, Winneba. The research was a descriptive survey that adopted questionnaire as the instrument for data collection from a sample of 83 participants. The population of the study consisted of Deans, heads of department, the Finance Officer, administrators and student leaders in the University. Purposive, convenient and random sampling techniques were used. Percentage and frequency tables were used for the analysis of data.
