Assessment Of School Counsellors’ Social Cognitive Qualities On Students’ Emotional Learning Outcomes
The purpose of the research is to assess school counsellors’ social cognitive qualities in relation to students’ emotional learning outcomes. It is to examine whether school counsellors’ social cognitive development and locus of control has any impact on student’s emotional learning. The drive is to strengthen the practice of counselling and related student support services in schools by improving theory, leadership and advocacy.
