The purpose of this study was to establish selected school related factors that influence completion rates among pupils in public primary schools in Gem Sub-County, Kenya. The objectives of the study were to; determine the influence of curriculum factors, leadership style, and teacher attitude on the completion rates of public primary schools in Gem Sub-County. The study used descriptive survey research design. Target population comprised of 100 public primary schools in Gem Sub-County. The instruments of data collection included questionnaires and interview schedules. The instruments were piloted in 10 schools to establish their reliability.
