Assessing Pre-service Teachers’ Management Of Resources For Effective Instruction In Basic Science In Some Selected Secondary Schools In Oyo State
This Ex-post-facto research investigated pre-service teachers’ management of resources. One hundred and fifty Nigerian College of Education (NCE) Pre-service teachers and fifty (50) randomly selected secondary schools, in Oyo State were used for the study. One instrument was used for collecting the data (QAPTMR, r = 0.70). The data collected were analyzed using mean score, percentages and t-test. Two research questions were addressed. The major findings of the study revealed a) No significant difference in the management of resources of male and female pre-service teachers (t = 1.080; df = 148; p>0.05).
