Education reported as a basic need of human beings for survival and human subsistence. This phenomenon raise question of why education reported had correlation with social capital? Linkages of social capital with education achievement in the secondary school were the key focus of the study. Survey had spent a year distributing the questionnaire to the 867 students of secondary school at Kedah, Malaysia and four years collection of data for pilot test which proposed to examine the relationship between social capitals with the students’ achievement.
