Undoubtedly, vulnerability and adaptation of the agricultural sector to the adverse impacts of climate change are among the most crucial concerns of many developing countries where food production is largely rain-fed. Rainfall patterns have changed evident in changes in the onset and cessation of the rainy season, changes in the frequency, duration and intensity of rainfall and the occurrence of extreme events (droughts and floods). These have implication to the ordinary small scale farmer who so much depends on the rain for farm decisions (when, what and how to grow).
