Relationship Between Household Characteristics And Residential Preferences Among Young Households In Unplanned Neighbourhoods In Kano Metropolis, Nigeria
This study examines the relationships between household characteristics and residential preferences among young households in unplanned neighbourhoods in Kano metropolis, Nigeria. The data for this study was generated from three unplanned neighbourhoods in the metropolis namely; Wailari, Gama E and Dorayi Karama. Using multistage cluster sampling and systematic sampling techniques, 364 copies of questionnaire were administered to the respondents (head of young households).
