It is evident that many secondary schools are increasingly admitting students from diverse cultural backgrounds. This calls for multicultural Guidance and Counselling that takes into consideration values, beliefs and actions conditioned by the clients ethnicity, gender, religion, socio-economic status, sexual orientations, language, affiliations, lifestyle, disabling conditions that make clients different from the school counselor.
