A school is an important institution that is made up of parties who should always work together as a team. These include learners, teachers and subordinate staff. However school is surrounded by one major issue which is grapevine communication. Grapevine affects interpersonal relationships of all parties in school leading to stress, lower self-esteem and negative attitude among learners, teachers and subordinate staff. According to Julian Melgosa (2006) most experts agree that interpersonal relationships are the main cause of stress.
