The gap between people’s needs in potable water and the latter’s availability remains a critical concern in the geological and hydro-geologically hard areas in the district of Djougou. This district is characterized by: water resource shortage in present time, oldness of the existing water network, an unaffordable price that gets people to refer to other water sources. The global objective of this research is to make it effective, appropriate measures, to improve sustainably, people’s access to potable water in the city of Djougou.
