The study analyzes the efficiency and sustainability of Microfinance Institutions in Sri Lanka during financial crisis time period for 2008 and 2009. For this course firstly Data Envelopment Analysis is applied to measure efficiency and then sustainability check is tested. The results reveal that medium sized institutions are more efficient and low transaction cost is revealed in operating expense heads
Structural And Process Factors Affecting Technological And Administrative Innovations In Non Profit Organizations
This study explores the differential effects of structural and process factors on two types of innovations; administrative and technological. A data set of 324 respondents from nonprofit organizations has been used. The responses have been statistically analyzed through regression analysis and correlation matrix. The positive and negative impacts of four independent variables upon two dependent variables have been analyzed.
