This study explores the differential effects of structural and process factors on two types of innovations; administrative and technological. A data set of 324 respondents from nonprofit organizations has been used. The responses have been statistically analyzed through regression analysis and correlation matrix. The positive and negative impacts of four independent variables upon two dependent variables have been analyzed.
The results show that the factors that are favorable to technological innovations are the same as factors conducive to administrative innovations. Based on these results, implications for the management of nonprofits and future research suggestions have been recommended. Download
