Centralized Library System: An Account Practices In Federal And State Universities In Nigeria
The National Universities Commission (NUC) has issued guidelines for the running of university libraries in Nigeria. Among the items however, include the recommendation on centralized library system in Nigerian Universities. The study identifies that universities has implemented libraries in multi-campus: The research has shown no significant difference in the practices of Federal and State Universities regarding centralization of library system.
