Effective Industrial Relations Strategy, Job Satisfaction And Employee’s Retention (a Case Study Of United Bank For Africa, Ilorin, Nigeria)
This paper discusses the role of effective industrial relations strategy as a phenomena that enhance industrial relations and resultantly necessitates job satisfaction and employee’s retention. An employee that is satisfied with his job is more likely to put his best towards achieving the organizational goal. This goes a long way in determining the acceptability of the employee to stay with the organization. The research design for this study is social survey, The simple random method was used, two types of analysis were used in interpreting the data. The percentage method was used to compare the respondents returned questionnaire while tchi square (X2) was used to test the hypotheses.
