The study sought to investigate how participatory leadership style practiced by headteachers in secondary school in Rongo District,Migori County is perceived by teachers to influence the academic performance of students.The study adopted a descriptive survey research design the study population comprised 548 teachers and all the headteachers in the 56 secondary schools in Rongo,Migori County.
