This paper critically examines the extent to which Vietnam's 2024 Land Law aligns with the requirements of green economic transformation and sustainable development in the context of global climate commitments and shifting development paradigms. Drawing upon an original conceptual framework "Green Land Law Framework" - the study reconceptualizes land law as an integrated governance instrument that simultaneously advances environmental sustainability, economic efficiency, social equity, and institutional accountability.
