The main objective of this article is to analyse the impact of perceived market orientation on customer satisfaction. Empirical validations have mainly focused on the relationship between market orientation and financial performance, thus overshadowing for a long time customer performance, which includes customer satisfaction. The literature on market orientation and customer performance reveals that the hospitality sector in developing countries is marginalised. Yet this sector occupies an important place in the economies of these countries. Download
