To solve transportation difficulties, we provide a new algorithm that finds an initial basic feasible solution. The optimization of transportation costs through the identification of an ideal solution is closely linked to the transportation problem. The ideal solution to a transportation challenge must first be determined by a fundamental, workable solution. The innovative approach to identifying a first, workable solution to transportation challenges is presented in this study. The method's organization and simplicity result in reduced computation effort and an optimal solution or after fewer iterations.
