The work aimed at analysis the academic performances of students admitted through Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and Direct Entry in Akwa Ibom State University. The Faculties selected for the analysis were Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Physical Sciences, Faculty of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Management Sciences and Faculty of Social Sciences. Hotelling's T2 statistic was adopted.
