This study accessed academic achievement in selected colleges of Education in South-western Nigeria. Multiple regression, Pearson Product Moment Correlation and percentages statistical procedure were employed in analyzing the data collected from 200 level students. Six hundred students from six colleges of Education were randomly selected to take part in the study. Results obtained indicated that; r= (0.307; p.< 0.05) while the regression results showed that, material resources B= (2.209; t=6.323; p.<0.05); financial resources B= (-0.175; t= 0.463;p.<0.05); human resources B= (1.437; t= 1.146; p.<0.05).
