The incessant incidence of rape constitutes a social and security risk to an average Nigerian. The study assesses the knowledge of legal rights regarding rape among undergraduates in selected higher institutions in Ondo State, Nigeria. A non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional design was used and respondents were selected using a convenience sampling technique. A self-structured questionnaire was used to elicit responses from 159 respondents selected from the School of Midwifery and the College of Health Technology, Akure. The results showed that out of 159 respondents, the majority, 76% of them are female.
